Since Head & Neck Associates is a specialty practice, your insurance plan may require you to get a referral from your primary care physician before you can schedule an appointment at any of Pinnacle ENT Associates’ 20-plus locations throughout Pennsylvania. If you belong to an insurance plan that requires a referral, you must provide a referral in order to be seen any of our physicians or audiologists.
Copays & Deductibles
Office visit copays are due at the time of each visit. All charges are the financial responsibility of the patient or their guardian.
If you have medical insurance, we will submit charges for services to your insurance company for processing according to your benefit plan. Once we’ve contacted your insurance company, you will receive a statement for any deductibles or coinsurances due to our practice out of pocket. Balances are due upon receipt.
