Sandy Schwartz, MS, CCC-SLP
Sandy received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a licensed speech pathologist in the state of Pennsylvania and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence for Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Since 1994, Sandy has specialized in the areas of voice and swallowing disorders and head and neck cancer rehabilitation. She has extensive clinical experience and has worked in academic hospitals, university clinics and private practices throughout her career. Since 2003, Sandy has been a valued PENTA speech pathologist at Head & Neck Associates.
When she’s not treating patients at Pinnacle ENT Associates, Sandy provides clinical training in endoscopy and videostroboscopy to ENT physicians and speech pathologists throughout the greater Philadelphia community. In addition, she holds an appointment as clinical instructor for Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the Drexel University College of Medicine. Sandy’s work has been published in several ENT journals over the years, and she has authored workbooks and educational recordings with a number of renowned publishers in the field of speech pathology.
