Marc I. Surkin, MD, F.A.C.S.

Marc Surkin - ENT Doctor - Otolaryngology

Dr. Surkin is board certified in Otolaryngology (ENT) with specialties in Otolaryngology (ENT) – Head and Neck Surgery and Otolaryngology (ENT) – Head & Neck Cancers. He received his medical degree from the Thomas Jefferson University Medical College in 1978, where he belonged to the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) and graduated cum laude. He performed his internship at Hartford Hospital in Connecticut and his residency at Mt. Sinai in New York City. Dr. Surkin also has a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from St. Joseph’s University, which he earned in 1997. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and the American College of Surgeons as well as a member of the American Academy of Otolarygologic Allergy.

Dr. Surkin is affiliated with Bryn Mawr Hospital as well as Delaware County Memorial Hospital in Drexel Hill. He also provides consulting services at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Paoli Memorial Hospital and Riddle Memorial Hospital.

Satyen Undavia, MD

Satyen Undavia - ENT Doctor - Otolaryngologist

Dr. Satyen Undavia is a board certified surgeon, and is fellowship trained in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Undavia received his undergraduate education from the University of Rochester, graduating Cum Laude with a degree in Biology. He obtained his medical education from New York Medical College in Westchester, NY. He completed his Otolaryngology training at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. During his training, he became fascinated with the artistic and reconstructive nature of Facial Plastic Surgery. He was then hand-selected to complete a fellowship in Beverly Hills, California, learning from world experts in rhinoplasty, facial rejuvenation surgery, oculoplastic surgery and facial reanimation.

Dr. Undavia is also actively engaged in academic medicine, which started during his undergraduate education. He has published several peer-reviewed articles in medical journals and has completed several book chapters for medical textbooks. Because of his experience he has also given several presentations on various topics within Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery.

Joseph M. Ardito, MD, F.A.C.S.

Joseph Ardito - ENT Doctor - Otolaryngology

Dr. Ardito received his medical degree from Temple University in 1976. He is board certified in Otolaryngology (ENT) and specializes in Otolaryngology (ENT) – Head and Neck Surgery as well. After completing medical school in Philadelphia, he performed his internship and residency at Northwestern University in Chicago. Dr. Ardito is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology (ENT) – Head and Neck Surgery, College of Surgeons and American Academy of Facial Plastic Reconstructive Surgery. He is also a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngologic Allergy and Philadelphia Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Dr. Ardito is affiliated with three local hospitals: Bryn Mawr Hospital, Paoli Memorial Hospital and Delaware County Memorial Hospital in Drexel Hill. He is proud to be named a Top Doctor in Philadelphia magazine.


Sandra Honeycutt, PA

Sandra Honeycutt - Physician Assistant

Sandra earned her first bachelor’s degree at Arcadia University before attending Drexler University in Philadelphia and earning her second bachelor of science from the College of Nursing and Health Professions’ Physician Assistant program. She is certified as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of several organizations such as the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Otolaryngology (ENT)– Head and Neck Surgery, and the Society of Physician Assistants in Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.

Sandra joined the PENTA Head & Neck team over a decade ago in 2004, and she specializes in otolaryngology, rhinolaryngology, and allergy. She is affiliated with Delaware County Memorial Hospital, Paoli Hospital, Lankenau Medical Center, and Bryn Mawr Hospital. Sandra is very involved in the community and volunteers with several groups including Chariots for Hope, City Team, Compassion International, Samaritan’s Purse, E.G Ministries, Operation Gratitude, and One Mission Society. She also enjoys biking and photography.
